Definition

| An individual appointed to represent a legal
service insurance corporation that has been authorized by the Insurance
Commissioner to conduct legal service insurance business in this state. |
Qualifications
|
| Persons representing or aiding a legal service
insurance corporation in the solicitation of legal service insurance contracts
in this state are subject to laws and regulations applicable to insurance
producers, except that legal service insurance corporation producers are exempt
from the prelicensing course and written examination requirements and the
continuing education requirements. |

License Renewal Fee - $20.00/$40.00
Late Fee - $50.00
Notice of Appointment Fee - $30.00
Appointment Renewal Fee - $10.00 |
