According to the terms of Chapter 32 of the Code of Alabama, persons selling
service contracts on or after January 1, 1998 must be registered with the
Commissioner of Insurance.
**Note** There is a registration fee of $200 and a
contract review and approval fee of $40/contract. The registration fee of $200
is required on an annual basis (see Renewal Procedures and Forms below).
